Staff Bios

 Jamie is an active member of a Green Book Task Force Committee.

 

She also promotes on a regular basis her contractor clients to municipalities around CA and many others across the United States.   On behalf of clients Jamie has proved to be an asset when it comes to job walks, pre bid meetings and the sometimes intense submittal process. 

 

Jamie was also present on a Lienberger & Associates project as the Project Manager; dealing with the municipality, time lines, pre construction meetings, Police and Fire Notices, Labor Compliance, prevailing wage laws, details and paperwork, Vendors and other staff.

 

Jamie has presented on various topics at NRWA, MORWA, Trenchless Rehab Show and Short Schools in Western WA., ERWoW - Evergreen Rural Water of Washington, NvRWA and others.  On behalf of clients Jamie also attends trade shows across the country, TRS, No-Dig, WEF and Rural Water.

 

Jamie travels for her clients, scheduling meetings with municipal staff, Engineering firms and or other decision makers.  Presenting information both in Lunch & Learn format, one on one or in a Council meeting setting or webinars.  Very adaptable to surroundings and situations, she has helped co author product specific Specifications written to ASTMs.  Jamie has also authored and/or co-authored technical papers on serval products.  She has also authored some white papers on products and municipalities who are end users of specific product

Mr. Gary L. Lienberger is an active consultant for construction and environmental companies across the United States and consults for the manufacturer of Con-Shield in Atlanta Georgia, and Action Products Marketing Corp. (AP/M) of Johnston Iowa, an end user of Con-Shield in concrete renewal methods including maintenance holes, wet wells, lift stations and head works. Mr. Lienberger has 25 years in the trenchless technology industry in the United States,  Canada, Mexico, and Germany... He has worked with several major companies fulfilling many duties and responsibilities. Most recently engaging in a family owned consulting firm for the education of the engineering community on concrete renewal methods and corrosion of concrete materials through a variety of products in the market place. Gary has presented papers at conference for state, national, and associations for a number of years, including the WEAU, Utah,  WEAH, Hawaii, AWWA, ASCE, and many state Rural Water Associations, and various US and foreign Universities.
